News Brief - New sign on Jamestown Hill: United Citizens Bank The sign is up for Columbia's newest financial insiitution. United Citizens Bank, located in the former Russell and Lorene Miller home at the corner of Jamestown and Heskamp Street, is expected to open in a week or so.
