Flossie Neat, 73 Flossie Neat, 73, 610 Eunice Dunnville Road, Columbia, KY, northeastern Adair County, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2004, at 12:40 p.m., at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY, after an illness. The funeral service will be Sunday, November 21, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. David Coffey the officiating clergy. She was the daughter of the late Tandy and Pearl Hadley Campbell and the widow of Cosby Ray Neat, who preceded her in death on February 27, 1971. She is survived by the following:
Interment will be in New Hope Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to the American Cancer Society and may be made at the funeral home.
