Land available for crops in Green River Commerce Park

The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority, Inc., is opening an invitation to bid agricultural land in the Green River Commerce Park - approximately 246 acres suitable for row crops, hay, and pastureland.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions bid packages will be available at both the Adair County Judge Executives Office in the County Annex Building and the Columbia Mayors’ Office at City Hall.


Bid packages may be picked up starting December 4, 2020 at 8 a.m. CT and must be returned to either the Adair County Judge Executives Office or the Columbia Mayors office by no later than 4 p.m. CT on Friday January 15, 2021.

Bids will be opened Tuesday January 19, 2021 at 8 a.m.CT at the Economic Development Authority office (Chamber of Commerce building at 201 Burkesville St., Columbia, Ky 42728.) The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority, Inc. reserves the right to reject and/or accept any and all bids.
