Velma Corbin Harris, 61 Velma Corbin Harris, 61, 575 Old Perkins Road, Columbia, KY (of the Knifley Community), passed away Friday, November 5, 2004, at 6:40 a.m., at her home, after a long illness. The funeral service will be Sunday, November 7, 2004, at 2:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster officiatiing. She was a member of the Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ and a former nurses aid. She was the daughter of the late James and Bessie Burton Corbin of Adair County, KY. She is survived by the following:
Interment will be in Bearwallow Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 3:30 p.m., on Saturday, November 6, after 3:30 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
