Seeking information for Adair Co. Basketball history

By Daniel Hedges

Hello, I have always wanted to write a book. I want to do a book on the culture, heritage, and history of Adair County Basketball. It will be more of a story that brings to life people, stories, games, teams, coaches, and characters. It would not be a simple, concrete records account.

This will not be a quick endeavor. I would expect it would be every bit of two to four years. However, I will need people's help. If you have any interesting stories, facts, or information as a fan, coach, player, etc., please email it to daniel.hedges@adair.kyschools.us.

If you have any artifacts, newspaper clippings, etc. that I could review or use (not to keep), please email me.

Finally, I need to gain access with someone that was close (a family member) to John Burr. If you have that contact information, please email or text/call me at 270-282-3175. If this endeavor will succeed, I am formulating ideas on the 5th region following the same concept. Thank you. --Daniel Hedges
