Phyllis R. Fudge, 60

Phyllis R. Fudge, 60, 424 Fire Department Lane, Breeding, KY, passed away Friday, October 15, 2004, at 3:25 P.m., at Westlake Regional Hospital, after an illness.

The funeral service will be Monday, October 18, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Paul Patton and Bro. Ivan Tucker the officiating clergy.


She was the daughter of the late Carlie and Mary A. Davis Polston.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Fudge, Breeding, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Danny Fudge and his wife, Melissa, Breeding, KY
  • Three brothers: Kenneth Polston, Wallace Polston and Willard Polston, all of Wisconsin
  • Three sisters: Carol Cowan and Della Montgomery, both of Columbia, KY, and Arlene Miller, Wisconsin
  • And two grandsons: Benton and Carley Fudge
She was preceded in death by one sister and four brothers: Anna M. Yarberrry, Keith Polston, Buddy Polston, Kerby Polston, and Joe Preston Polston.

Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Breeding, KY

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Central Kentucky and may be made at the funeral home.

Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 17, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
