Phyllis R. Fudge, 60 Phyllis R. Fudge, 60, 424 Fire Department Lane, Breeding, KY, passed away Friday, October 15, 2004, at 3:25 P.m., at Westlake Regional Hospital, after an illness. The funeral service will be Monday, October 18, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with Bro. Paul Patton and Bro. Ivan Tucker the officiating clergy. She was the daughter of the late Carlie and Mary A. Davis Polston. She is survived by her husband, Charles Fudge, Breeding, KY, and the following:
Interment will be in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Breeding, KY In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Central Kentucky and may be made at the funeral home. Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m., Sunday, October 17, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
