Three treated and released at WRH following accident-at-accident-scene on KY 704 Three people were treated and released at Westlake Regional Hospital following an accident-at-an-accident-scene on Highway KY 704, 3.8 miles south of Columbia, this morning, Friday, October 15, at 8:01 a.m. A car headed north toward Columbia, driven by Tabitha L. Dial, 32, Columbia, had stopped at the scene of an earlier accident, and, with flashers on, had removed her seatbelt to assist another motorist who had run off the roadway. Victoria L. Lacy, 54, Columbia, was also traveling northward, failed to observe the Dial car stopped, and struck the vehicle. Tabitha Dial, Victoria Lacy, and a passenger in the Dial car, Lucas Dial, 7, Columbia, were treated and released at Westlake. The driver in the first accident was not injured. Victoria Lacy and Lucas Dial were wearing seatbelts, as was Tabitha Lacy before she prepared to aid the driver in the first accident. Trooper Greg Brown of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, investigated the accident. Information for this report courtesy of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY.
