Fall Decor Contest - enter your home or business The City Of Columbia is hosting a fall decor contest. Mayor Pam Hoots invites everyone to "join in decorating the town for fall, beautifying our town with festive porches and storefronts." Enter by sending your name and address to the City Of Columbia municipal government Facebook page or by calling City Hall at 270-384-2501. Winners will be announced Tuesday, October 18, 2020.
