Columbia Police arrest man for throwing bricks at Sheriff's cruiser Dustin D. Foster, 19, Columbia, KY, was arrested on October 1, 2004, on charges stemming from a complaint that someone was throwing bricks off a building at the Sheriff's cruiser. According to Columbia Police Chief Mark D. Harris, Foster was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Officer Anthony Darnell and Sergeant Richard Butler. The cruiser was parked alongside Greensburg Street, just off the Square, alongside Greensburg Street. Officers located Foster in a business next door. Foster was charged with the following:
