2020 State 4-H Country Ham Results By Tony Rose, Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development Adair County Extension Service Congratulations to all the Adair County youth who participated in the 2020 State 4-H Country Ham Project! This year due to COVID-19 requirements, the contest was not held at the State Fair. This year participants wrote essays instead of giving speeches, and then the hams were taken to 2 Extension Offices for judging.
