No seatbelts in use in double-injury Casey accident The driver and a passenger were flown to UK Medical Center following an accident at 3:59 a.m., 10 miles west of Liberty, KY, on Hwy 1615. Neither Ryan L. Caudill, 27, Liberty, the driver, nor passenger Joshua Miller, 21, Yosemite, KY, were belted. Caudill was driving a 1992 Toyota Camry south on Hwy 1615, lost control, ran off the roadway, and struck a tree. Trooper Jeremy Johnson worked the incident.
