Virtual Camp SAFARI at ACES

Camp SAFARI at Adair County Elementary will begin virtual after-school on Monday, September 14, 2020. Activities will include homework help, tutoring, reading intervention, art and STEM. Teachers will be available between the hours of 2:45pmCT and 5pmCT for homework help and tutoring.

Parents and students may call 270-384-0077 and request to speak to a teacher for homework assistance.

We will provide weekly STEM, reading and art kits for at-home learning. The first kit will be available for pickup on Friday, September 11, 2020, from 2pmCT to 5pmCT, at Adair County Elementary School. Please pull around to the front of the school, remain in your car, and we will walk the kit out to you. The kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.



Mrs. Rachel Waggener will post videos for weekly art lessons utilizing the materials provided in the learning kits; she will also be available for live Google Meet for student sharing ofcompleted projects.

Mrs. Absher will provide social emotional learning through mindfulness / yoga lessons as well. Class codes and instructions will be included in the kits.
