Obituary: Garry Cook, 46, Adair County, KY Garry Cook, 46, 880 Grassy Springs Road, Columbia, KY (the Lovedale Community of Adair County), passed suddenly Monday, August 30, 204, at 1:33 a.m., at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Columbia, KY. The funeral service will be Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Interment in the Freedom Cemetery. Family request visitation after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. He was the son of the late Roy Cook of Adair County. He is survived by his mother, Dorris Kerr Cook, Columbia, KY, and the following:
