Prayer parade scheduled for Metcalfe school start

There will be a back to school prayer parade sponsored by Center United Methodist Church on Sunday, August 30, 2020.

The prayer parade will begin at 2:45pmCT and the community prayer will be at 3:16 PM CT. Participants will Meet at the Metcalfe County High School front parking lot at 2:45pm.

The parade route will wrap around all three schools. Parade participants will stop to pray at 3:16pmCT.

Everyone is invited to participate, including all area churches, city/county leaders, community members, parents, students, teachers, administrators and staff. Center community is located in northern Metcalfe County, Kentucky.
