Clifford Bernard, 82, Jamestown, KY (1938-2020)

Clifford Bernard of Jamestown passed away Thursday, August 20, 2020, at University Kentucky Medical Center. He was 82 years old.

A graveside service will be held at 3pmCT on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Lindsey Cornett officiating. Burial will follow in Jamestown Cemetery.

Walk through visitation is requested on Sunday from 1pmCT to 3pmCT at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.

We ask everyone to please wear a mask.



Clifford was born in Jamestown, KY on May 28, 1938, a son of the late Mary (Brown) and Roy Bernard.

Clifford is survived by:
  • A daughter, Loretta (John David) Hale
  • Two grandchildren Brittany (Kody) Fox, Bradley Hale,
  • Great Grandchildren Wyatt and Wren Fox
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Verlene Murphy Bernard, son Eddie Bernard, and his seven siblings.
