EDA Board of Directors Meeting, Tue 18 Aug 2020

The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Board of Directors will hold a meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 in the basement of the Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce Building, 201 Burkesville St., Columbia, KY. Please enter through basement door.

Meeting Agenda:

Presiding - Bobby Morrison, Chairman

Welcome and Call To Order

Determination of a Quorum

Prayer

Business:
Approval of Minutes as presented - Kenzie Rowe, Secretary
Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

Business:
- 1. Road update: Gave MSE authority to move forward with new road plan.
- 2. Approved Geotechnical study, $3,750 vs. $6,500 in budget. We're doing survey and borings 8/12/2020
- 3. Executed Columbia/Adair Utilities easement after calling to get approval of Board Members
- 4. Ran up rough estimate of future additional cost for second access road and talked to Roger Travis 7/27/2020
- 5. Bobby Bradshaw possible easement, will not be final until 9/2/2020 if not contested. Have copy
- 6. Russell County Gas Utility Inc., taxes have not been paid since at least 2002, have copy
- 7. Aaron Jones, Dept. Local Government email

Debbie needs copies of minutes, Treasurer's report for June, July, and August.
