Updated Information for Adair Co. Schools

By Phyllis Curry, Academic Dean
Adair County Schools

Students and parents, we know you are anxious to hear more about the opening of school and we are working hard to get that information to you. The first day for K-12 students is August 24, 2020, and all students will be doing distance learning virtually. By late Tuesday afternoon, August 18, 2020, we will let you know the plan for picking up Chromebooks and iPads, school supplies, your student's schedule, and provide information about any planned open houses.

Instructional times will vary by grade level, depending on the age of the student. Each school will be releasing that information in a very student-parent friendly format by next Tuesday afternoon. Instruction will in both a live and recorded format.

All updates will be on school web sites, school Facebook pages, local news outlets and columbiamagazine next week.

Phyllis Curry, Academic Dean, Adair County Schools, 1204 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY 42728 (270) 384-2476.
