Picking up animals from GRAS An owner recently recognized his kitten in a photo on Columbia Magazine, and asked about fees for picking it up. Tammy Campbell with Green River Animal Shelter has provided some helpful answers about the process. By Tammy Campbell There is no fee if the owner of a pet picks up their pet within 5 days of arrival at Green River Animal Shelter. After 5 days, the fee is $5.00 per day.
