Youth Agricultural Incentives Program See also: County Agricultural Investment Program - farmers can apply By Teresa Bright Adair County Cooperative Extension Service The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board recently approved $30,000 in Ag Development Funds for an Adair County Youth Agricultural Incentives Program. This program was developed to facilitate a growing need for a specialized program that would encourage youth to engage in and explore agricultural opportunities. This is a cost-share program, and youth must be enrolled in elementary, middle or high school, or home school, and be at least 9 years of age on January 1, 2020. Beginning Monday-August 10, 2020, through August 28, 2020, applications for the Youth Ag Incentives program will be available. How to obtain an application:
