Elsie Hazel Clark, 93, Green Co., KY (1927-2020) Elsie Hazel Clark of Green County passed away on July 28, 2020. She was 93 years old. There will be graveside services held for Elsie Hazel Clark at 2pmCT on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at the Little Barren Cemetery. Elsie Hazel Clark of Green County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Loyd Earl Young and Gladys Warf Young, was born on Thursday, May 19, 1927 in Green County and departed this life on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at the Metcalfe County Nursing Home. She was 93 years, 2 months, and 9 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ early in life, and was a homemaker. She united in marriage to Forrest Lee Clark on September 29, 1945 who preceded her in death on August 19, 1994. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Kendall and Susie Clark of Sulpher Well; a daughter and son-in-law: Gloria Jean and Bill Hanner of Bowling Green; four grandchildren and spouses: Troy and Jennifer Clark of Versailles, Evan Lee and Leah Clark, Kendra Leigh and Keaton Druin all of Glasgow, Brett Wayne and Terri Atwell of Alabama; six great-grandchildren: Leah Kate Clark, Brennen Clark, Everleigh Rose Clark, Mahala Belle Druin, Zachary Atwell, and Brady Thomas; two great-great-grandchildren: Alonna and Leelah Thomas; 1step-grand: Gretchen and Larry Bandy; 2 step-great-grand: Will and Lindsey Brady; and one step-great-great-grand: Kinsley; three sisters: Christola Woodson, Brenda Chaudoin both of Tennessee, and Linda Jones of Campbellsville; a brother: Ronnie Young of Greensburg; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Clark was also preceded in death by three siblings: Estil Young, Reginald Young, and Lenuel Young. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Little Barren Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
