School Board meets Thursday, July 15, 2004, at 7:00 p.m.

The Adair County Board of Education will consider 24 items in its regular meeting, Thursday night, July 15, 2004, at 7:00 p.m., at the Adair County Board Conference Room.

The items are as follows:
  1. Approval of agenda
  2. Approval of minutes
  3. Approval of Treasurer's Report
  4. Approval payment of bills - Renae Smith
  5. Approval of physical therapy contract - Anita Wethington
  6. Approval of a four day per week special education instructional asistant position -Anita Wethington
  7. Approval of two hour per day, four days per week, visually impaired instructor position- Anita Wethington
  8. Approval of Head Start contract
  9. Approval of assistant finance/food service position
  10. Approval of revised salary schedule
  11. Review 2003-2004 grant report - Sammy Taylor
  12. Approval for Adair County High School baseball team to take an out-of-state trip to Florida during spring break
  13. Approval of annual review of employee evaluation manuial - Phyllis Curry
  14. Acknowledgement of personnel action
  15. Superintendent's report
  16. Public comments
  17. Consider waiver request on grading period
  18. Discussion on field trip charges - Debra Wimmer
  19. Consider Academic Team's request for funds
  20. Consider Adair County high School's request for athletic funds
  21. Executive session: Deliberation on acquisition of property and Superintendent's evaluation
  22. Adjournment.
