Adair County results in the 2020 Kentucky Primary Election Of the 13,648 registered voters in Adair County, 3,655 voted in the 2020 Primary Election. Mail-in ballots accounted for 1,680 votes, with 1,975 voters choosing the in-person option. Voters selected among Democratic and Replican challengers for President of the United States and U.S. Senator. Trump, Biden, and McConnell each easily carried their races in Adair County, while Charlie Booker delivered a stronger challenge to winner Amy McGrath in the Democratic Senate race in Adair County.
