Jack Crabtree, 68, Jamestown, KY (1952-2020)

Jack Crabtree of Jamestown passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. He was 68 years old.

Graveside services will be held at 1pmCT on Friday, June 19, 2020, at Jamestown Cemetery, 201 North Main St., Jamestown, KY, with Bro. Bobby Conner officiating. Interment at Jamestown Cemetery Jamestown, KY.

Jack was born in Jamestown, KY on April 10, 1952, a son of the late Sallie (Lawless) and Homer Crabtree.

Jack is survived by
  • Two sisters, Anita Curry and Evie Lou Crabtree
  • Three brothers, Ernie, Johnny, and Jimmy Crabtree
  • A host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Marty Crabtree.

The family requests donations to the funeral fund and can be made at the funeral home.
