Alvina Roach, 80 Alvina Roach, 80, 110 Hudson St., Columbia, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2004, at 10:18 a.m., at Westlake Regional Hospital, after an illness. The funeral service will be Friday, May 7, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., CDT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Bro Ralph Hadley officiating. Mrs. Roach was the daughter of the late Jim Riley and Mattie Pearl Roach. She was the widow of Chester Ray Roach, who preceded her in death. She is survived by the following:
