Larry E. Chapman, 74, Russell County, KY (1946-2020)

Larry E. Chapman, 74, of Jamestown, KY passed away Monday, June 8th, at his residence.

Graveside service will be held at Bethel Cemetery in Jamestown at 12noonCT on Thursday, June 11, with Bro. Larry Johnson officiating. Walk through visitation is on Wednesday 5-7 at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel. Burial will include Military Honors by Russell County Honor Guard.



Larry was born in Jamestown, KY on May 10, 1946, a son of the late Effie (Morgan) and Edwin Wolford Chapman.

He served in the U.S. Army.

Larry is survived by wife Brenda Chapman two daughters, Anita (Tony) Ballenger Hila (Rob) Flatt two sons Billy (Kandi) Vaughn and Ryan (Debra) Vaughn three sisters, Louise Watts, Emma Hall, and Judy C. Foley four brothers, Arondell, Bobby, Wallace, and Roger D. Chapman

He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Heather Chapman, sister Margaret Kendrick, brother Donald Wayne Chapman.

Pruitt Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
