Adam Smith taken to RCH following one car accident Adam Smith, 19, was treated and released at Russell County Hospital following a one-car accident Tuesday morning, April 6, at 8:45 CDT. Smith was traveling east on Kentucky 76, 12 miles east of Columbia in a 1997 Mitsubishi 2 door. He lost control, ran off the shoulder of the road, overcorrected, left roadway, overturned, and was ejected from the vehicle, according to Trooper J. Simpson. No seat belt was in use.
