Junius Earl Bryant, 94, Adair Co., KY native (1925-2020) Junius Earl Bryant of Alvaton, KY and formerly of Columbia, KY, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the Christian Health Care Facility in Bowling Green, KY. He was 94 years old. A private funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY, with burial to follow in the Haven Hill Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at stottsphelpsmcquearyfh.com. Born October 12, 1925, in Adair County, he was the son of the late Junius Elmore and Montie Belle Combest Bryant. Mr. Bryant was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and a public school educator for 27 years. He was also a farmer and a veteran of World War II serving in the U. S. Army. Survivors include several nieces and nephews including Nancy Hill (Robert) of Alvaton, KY and Sam Bryant (Elveda) of Glasgow, KY. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
