Seleta Wilhelm, 88, Liberty, KY (1931-2020)

Seleta Wilhelm of Liberty passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at Somerset Nursing and Rehab. She was 88 years old.

No services will be held at this time. Burial will be held in Antioch Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at www.mckinneybrown.com.



Born on November 13, 1931, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Leonard and Louisa Wickersham Gilpin. Seleta was a legal secretary. She was highly intelligent, creative, and kind.

Survivors include her son, Bruce (Gatha) Wilhelm of Liberty; a daughter, Debbie (Don) Lewis of Somerset; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Wilhelm, who passed away on January 4, 2020; three sisters; and three brothers.

Arrangements for Ms. Seleta Wilhelm are entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
