Mary G. Simmons Cooley, 97 The funeral service for Mary G. Simmons Cooley, 97, will be Monday, March 8, 2004, at 11:00 a.m., C.S.T., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Bro. Hugh Withers officiating. Mrs. Cooley, passed away Monday, March 1, 2004, at Vista Care Hospice in Cincinnati, OH. She was formerly of Adair County, KY> She was the daughter of the late James "Jake" Sidney and Laura Ellen Aaron Simmons and the widow of James Clyde Cooley. Her husband preceded her in death on February 26, 2000. She is survived by the following:
Interment will be in Haven Hill Cemetery. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Vista Care Hospice Unit in Cincinnati, OH; Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society. The donations may be made at the funeral home. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements. Visitation is after 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 7, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
