Sam Stapleton, 69 The funeral service for Sam Stapleton, 69, will be Satuday, March 6, 2004, at 3:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, with Bro Jim Goff officiating. Mr. Stapleton, of 3260 Allen Schoolhouse Road, Columbia, KY (the Lovedale Community), passed away Thursday, March 4, 2004, at Westlake Regional hospital in Columbia, KY, after several weeks illness. He was the son of the late Miller H. and Ogin Cowan Stapleton. He is survived by his wife, Delois "Sissy" Harmon Stapleton, Columbia, and athe following:
Interment will be in the Bearwallow Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2002, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
