Library to Begin Curbside Service Wednesday, May 13, 2020

By Lee Ann Jessee
Adair County Public Library

The Adair County Public Library is happy to announce that curb side service will begin May 13th.

We cannot offer any face to face services at this time so this will exclude copy, fax and computer service. Those services will be phased in as Governor's restrictions are lifted.

In order to use curb side service call or email the library with items you want. Items will be pulled, checked out and bagged with your name on the bag. Bags will be placed outside the library on a table at the side entrance.

The library's card catalog can be accessed through the library's website, adaircountypubliclibrary.com. The phone number for the library is 270-384-2472. Library hours will be Monday through Friday from 8amCT until 4pmCT. The library email is adaircountypubliclibrary@gmail.com.

Items will be checked out for four weeks.

We are following strict CDC guidelines when items are returned to insure the safety of our patrons and staff.

Each Wednesday, between NoonCT and 1pmCT, the library will close for shift change and sanitizing. This is in addition to our cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day.
