Sarah E. Thomas

Sarah E. Thomas, 88, Louisville, KY, formerly of Columbia, passed away Friday, February, 20, 2004, at her residence in Louisville, KY.

The funeral service will be Monday, February 23, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at the St. James United Methodist Church, 3835 Taylor Boulevard, Louisville. Visitation will be from non until 8:00 p.m., on Sunday, February 22, 2004, at the Evergreen Funeral Home, Preston Highway, Louisville, KY.

There will be a graveside service on Monday, at 1:00 p.m., at the Columbia Cemetery with Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.

She was the widow of paul Thomas, who preceded her in death on December 9, 1994.

Survivors include the following:
  • A daughter: Michael Ann Kappesser
  • Grandsons: Rawley, Richard, and Roger Kappesser
  • One daughter-in-law: Jamie Kappesser
  • And very good neighbors.
Mrs. Thomas was a member of the St. James United Church of Christ.
