COVID-19 Adair: No new cases to report, 9 total deaths

Update Monday evening, April 27, 2020 -- From Lake Cumberland District Health Department, Adair County has no new cases of COVID-19 reported today. We do have two additional deaths today. Both were residents of Summit Manor Nursing Home.

We have had 78 total cases with 9 being released and 9 deaths.

We have 60 active cases with 48 of those in home or SMNH Isolation and 12 in area hospitals.

I ask that everyone please continue praying for our community.

Adair County has been hardest hit of any of the ten counties in the Lake Cumberland District Health Department (LCDHD). This information is from the close of day Monday, April 27, 2020. One county adjacent to Adair - Metcalfe - is part of the Barren River District and they have had one case of Coronavirus confirmed.
