Fay Thomas Wade, 88, Russell Springs, KY (1932-2020) Fay Thomas Wade passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020. She was 88 years old. All services will be held privately. Online condolences may be left at bernardfuneralhome.com. Fay Thomas Wade went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, April 23, 2020 at the Russell County Hospital, surrounded by her sons, daughter in laws, and a host of loving and compassionate nurses at the hospital. She was born March 9, 1932 in Russell County to the late Claude & Mary Ocie Gaskin Thomas. She was a homemaker, factory worker, businesswoman, a loving mother, grandmother, and, most of all, a strong Christian witness to everyone she met. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Geoffrey Wade, son, David Wade, and three brothers - C.L. Thomas, Earl Thomas, and Ronnie Thomas. Survivors include:
