Supreme Court of KY to hear arguments by videoconference By Jamie Neal Frankfort, KY - The Supreme Court of Kentucky is hearing oral arguments remotely for the first time in its history, as the justices are not meeting in person to observe social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. The court will hear oral arguments by videoconference at 10amET on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, in a family law case on appeal from Oldham County.
