Mike Shive, 45

Mike Shive, 45, 744 Kellyville Road, Columbia, KY, the Mt. Carmel Community passed away Thursday, January 15, 2004, at 7:00 a.m. at his home after a brief illness.

The funeral service will be Sunday, January 18, 2004, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, with Rev. Jose Albovias officiating.

Mr. Shive was the son of the late Billy H. Shive and of Lucille Rucker Shive of Green Green County, who survives.

Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife, Tammy Dulworth Shive, Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • Two sisters: Janet Hare and his best friend and brother-in-law, Ronnie Hare; and Sharon Dulworth, Campbellsville, KY.
  • His mother-in-law, Brenda Clark Dulworth, Columbia, KY
Interment will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society and may be left at the funeral home.

Visitation is after 4:30 p.m., Saturday, January 17, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.
