Eleanor Louise Sharp, 92, Greensburg, KY (1927-2020) Mrs. Eleanor Louise Vance Sharp of Greensburg passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. She was 92 years old. Due to COVIC-19 Pandemic and executive order by Kentucky Governor Beshear, the services for Mrs. Eleanor Louise Vance Sharp will be conducted privately, with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at fostertolercurry.com. Mrs. Eleanor Louise Sharp was born November 1, 1927 in Hardin County, KY to the late Samuel Claude Vance and Carrie Elizabeth Bell Vance. She departed this life Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Harrodsburg Health and Rehab-Signature in Harrodsburg, KY, having attained the age of ninety-two years and five days. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church. She worked as custodian for Green County School System for many years and was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death July 26, 2007 by her husband Claude "Punkin" Sharp. She is survived by three sons: Samuel Lewis Sharp and his significant other: Charlotte Hannigan of Lexington, Donald Joe Sharp of Greensburg and Douglas Howard Sharp and his wife Christie of Danville, four grandchildren: Emily Ann Sharp and Joseph Michael Sharp, both of Colorado, Jase Brendon Sharp of Tennessee and Taylor Blaine Sharp of Danville, KY Due to COVIC-19 Pandemic and executive order by Kentucky Governor Beshear, the services for Mrs. Eleanor Louise Vance Sharp will be conducted privately with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery.
