Wear Blue on Autism Awareness Day, April 2, 2020

April is World Autism Month, and April 2, 2020 is World Autism Awareness Day. This is a time where the whole world comes together to create more understanding and acceptance for those living with autism.

Don't forget to wear blue on Thursday, April 2, 2020 to increase understanding and acceptance of people with autism. Together, we can create a kinder, more inclusive world for people with autism.

Free on Thursday, April 2nd in Russell County, For World Autism Awareness Day, Jamestown attorneys and autism parents, Derrick and Terran Helm are sponsoring small cups of blue Cotton Candy ice cream to the first 54 people at Mammy Frog's diner in Russell Springs, Kentucky.

Free on Thursday, April 2nd in Adair County, Larry and Wanda Helm (autism grandparents) are sponsoring 54 small cups of blue slushies at Doc's Market in Columbia.

Free on Thursday, April 2nd in Clinton County, David and Jennifer Cross (autism grandparents) are sponsoring 54 small blue raspberry misty slushies at the Dairy Queen in Albany, Kentucky.

1 in 54 children in America are on the autism spectrum, according to a report recently released by the CDC.
