Covid-19 Announcement from Adair EM/Fiscal Court

At a press conference this afternoon at the Adair County Courthouse Annex, Lake Cumberland District Health Department Director Shawn Crabtree joined local officials to announces confirmation of positive COVID-19 test results in both Adair and Cumberland Counties. The local case, an elderly gentleman, is said to be in self-isolation, and family members are being notified. The hotline for anyone who needs COVID-19 information is 800-722-5725.

1:45pmCT Tuesday, March 31, 2020 -- The first case of COVID-19 is being announced at this hour by AC Judge Executive Gale Cowan and EMS Director Mike Keltner. They join Lake Cumberland District Health Department Director Shawn Crabtree, at right, on a Facebook Live announcement occurring now.
