Marie Keltner Scott, 73

Marie Keltner Scott, 73, 160 Toria Road, Columbia, KY (the Sparksville Community), passed away suddenly, Sunday, December 7, 2003, at 4:00 p.m. at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, December 10, 2003,m at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY, with Bro. Darrell Landis officiating.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Lou Wilson James.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Thomas Keltner on October 6, 1966; William Morrison in 1978, and by Nell "Tinker" Scott on December 1, 1993.

Mrs. Scott is survived by the following:
  • Three grandchildren, Brian Jones, Huron, Tennessee; Chasity McPeake of Lexington, Tennessee; and Brandy Jones of Reagan, Tennessee
  • One step-son, Jeff Scott, Columbia, KY
  • One step-daughter, Mary Lou Feese, Edmonton, KY
  • Five great grandchildren, Maranda Jones, Daylon McPeake, Colton McPeake, Camron McPeake, and Christian Jones
  • Two step granddaughters, Sara Marie Browning and Mary Beth Cato
Mrs. Scott attended the Sparksville Baptist Church and was a former shoe store operator in Henderson, Tennessee.

Interment will be in the Antioch Cemetery in Sparksville, KY.

The family requests visitation after 2:30 p.m., Monday, December 9, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
