Martin (Toby) Edwards, 77, Liberty, KY (1942-2020) Martin Roe "Toby" Edwards of Liberty passed away on Saturday March 14th, 2020. He was 77 years old. Funeral services will be held at 11amET on Tuesday March 17, 2020, at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel, 142 KY Hwy 49, Liberty, KY, with Rev. Brad King and Rev. Bearl King officiating. Burial will follow in the Caney Fork Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6pmET until 8pmET on Monday, March 16th, 2020, and after 8amET on Tuesday March 17, 2020 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. Martin Roe "Toby" Edwards age 77, of Liberty, KY passed away on Saturday March 14th, 2020 at the Casey County Hospital. He was born in Bloomfield, KY on September 23rd, 1942 a son of the late Cleo "Peanut" Edwards and Oval Ettrel "Cricket" Taylor Edwards. Toby was the widower of Norma Jolene Chesser Edwards who passed away on January 25th, 2019. Toby was a farmer and a member of Brush Creek Pentecostal Church. Survivors include: One Son: Dale and (Kathy) Edwards of Stanford, Two Grandchildren: Sabrina and (Rodney) Stevens and Brandon Edwards, Two Great Grandchildren: Gavin and Bella Stevens, Two Sisters: Margaret Richie of Harrodsburg, KY and Eula Mae Lewis of Willisburg, KY and Two Brothers: Rufus Edwards of Liberty and Lonnie Edwards of Waddy, KY. Preceding him in death besides his parents and spouse was One Sister: Linda Sue McQueary. Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences at bartlefuneralhome.com.
