Harvey O'Dell 'Slimm' Gribbins, 38, Taylor County, KY Harvey O'Dell 'Slimm' Gribbins, of Campbellsville, KY, departed this life on Friday, March 13, 2020 in Lexington at the UK Medical Center after an illness. He was 38 years of age. The funeral service will be Monday, March 16, 2020 at 5pmCT/6pmET in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Bro. Waylon Pendleton will be officiating. Family requests visitation after 3pmCT/4pmET Monday until time for service. The son of Ina Sallee Gribbins of Campbellsville, he was born September 27, 1981 in Marion County, KY. He was a former screen printer and loved his fur babies: Jax and Elmo, U of L Sports, the Dallas Cowboys, fishing, bowling, and playing cards, especially poker, but most of all, spending time with family and friends. Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife: Ashley (Wolfe) Gribbins of Campbellsville; a brother: John Sallee of Campbellsville; a sister: Heather Wright of Campbellsville; his father-in-law: Dan Wolfe of Campbellsville; a niece and nephews: Kyle Sallee, Paige Probus and Devon Wright; his best friend as a brother: Dustin Pendleton of Campbellsville and his daughter: Gracie Pendleton as his Goddaughter.
