Raymond (Bill) Coffman, 69, Liberty, KY (1950-2020) Raymond "Bill" Coffman of Liberty passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020, at his home. He was 69 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmET on Monday, March 16, 2020, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville St, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Darrell Burton officiating. Burial will follow in the Hustonville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pmET until 8pmET on Sunday at the funeral home. Born May 10, 1950, in Casey Co., KY, he was a son of the late Arnel Coffman and Irene Hatchell Abell. Bill was a logger, farmer, and carpenter. He was a member of the In Jesus Name Pentecostal Church and attended the Christ Tabernacle Church. Survivors include sons, Michael Glen (and Jessica) Coffman of Liberty, James Raymond (and Kathy) Coffman of Liberty, and Hartley (and Amy) Scott of Bethelridge; daughters, Shelia Ann Lyons of Danville and Crystal Gayle (and David) Peavler of Burgin; sister, Fran Rubarts of Liberty; 17 grandchildren, Brandon Coffman, Justin McMurry, Harley and Austin Lyons, Josh and Danielle Peavler, Hartley, Luke, and Zack Scott, Sara and Jake Coffman, AJ Coffman, Robert and Katelyn Peavey, and Gracie, Lexie, and Emma Lee; and his companion, Pam Shearer. Pallbearers will be James Coffman, Michael Coffman, Sherman Lowe, Hartley Scott, Sr., David Peavler, and Justin McMurry. Honorary pallbearers will be Josh Peavler, Harley Lyons, Hartley Scott, AJ Coffman, Jake Coffman, and Robert Peavey. Memorial contributions are suggested to Burgin Cancer Crushers, Boyle/Mercer ACS Relay for Life, 1504 College Way, Lexington, KY 40502.
