Bobby Ray ''Boogie Bear'' Sneed, 51 Bobby Ray "Boogie Bear" Sneed, 51, 2731 Jones Chapel Road, Columbia, KY, died Tuesday, November 18, 2003, at 4:50 a.m. at the Russell County Hospital. The funeral service will be Thursday, November 20, 2003, at 1:30 p.m., at Grissom Funeral Home, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Elbert Hadley and Rev. David Withers officiating. He was a forklift operator at Stephens Pipe and Steel in Russell County. Mr. Sneed was a son of the late James Amos Sneed. His mother, Jewell Grant Sneed, Columbia, survives. He is further survived by the following:
