FBI agent shot, Pulaski constables arrested in corruption investigation By Bill Estep, Lexington Herald-Leader Federal authorities arrested two constables in Pulaski County early Friday, and an FBI special agent was shot during one arrest. One of the constables also was shot. Authorities have not yet released details on the shooting incident, including the name of the agent and the constable, confirming only that both were shot and in stable condition. Robert Norfleet, a defense attorney in Somerset, confirmed that the FBI arrested Constable Mike "Wally" Wallace Friday morning. The FBI had been investigating Wallace and the other constable for some time and had notified local prosecutors of the investigation. Full story at kentucky.com.
