Edna Catherine Morgan, 90 Edna Catherine Morgan, 90, Seymour, IN, formerly of Columbia, KY, died Friday, October 17, 2003, in Seymour. This obituary courtesy of Grissom Funeral Home, Columbia, KY She was the daughter of the late John and Mary Elizabeth Werner Rapp of Chicago, IL, and the widow of Horace Morgan. She is survived by the following:
She was a graduate of Pestolozzie Fraobel Teachers College in Chicago. She did social work at South Chicago Community Center for 10 years, then taught for 25 years in Bedford Park, IL. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 20, 2003, at 7:00 p.m., at Calvary Baptist Church in Seymour. Cremation will follow. A grave side memorial service will be held Saturday, November 1, 2003, at 11:30 a.m., at Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia, KY. Grissom Funeral Home of Columbia will be in charge of local arrangements. This obituary was made possible through the support of Grissom Funeral Home, established in 1926, located one block off the square at 200 Campbellsville Street in Columbia.
