Student Elizabeth Smith's needs are being lifted up 20 Feb

Adair County High School


Adair County High School has designated Thursday, February 20, 2020 as PHight For Liz Day in honor of Elizabeth Smith.

Elizabeth is an ACHS freshman who is battling a rare disorder called Pulmonary Hypertension or PH.

This disorder has created such problems for Elizabeth that she is awaiting organ transplants for her lungs, heart, liver, and possibly kidneys.



ACHS would like to invite the community to join us in showing support for Elizabeth by wearing purple on Thursday. Please post pictures to social media of you, your co-workers, and friends wearing purple on Thursday using the tag #PHightForLiz.
