The Buzz About Honey at Extension Office on Tuesday By Teresa Bright Adair County Cooperative Extension Service Honey is one of our most ancient food sources, but what do you really know about it? This Buzz about Honey program is designed to inform you about Kentucky honey production, its benefits, and ways to use honey in cooking. Additional activities will include honey tasting, and a honey recipe tasting. Betty Knifley, of the Adair County Extension Homemakers, will be presenting the program. The program is Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at NoonCT at the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia.
