William Hadley, 88 William Hadley, 88, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing Home, formerly of the Fairplay Community in Adair County, passed away Friday, October 10, 2003, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, Kentucky. He had been ill for several months. The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, October 13, 2003, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating. Mr. Hadley was the son of the late Henry Clay and Hattie Louann Keith Hadley of Adair County. He is surved by the following:
Interment will be in the McClister Cemetery at Fairplay, KY. The family requests visitation after 1:30 p.m., Sunday, October 12, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Home in Columbia, KY.
