The Curry twins will soon be turning 80 years young By Teresa Bright Eulah Helm and Beulah Carter - the Curry twins - will soon be turning 80 years young! Friends and family are invited to join in the celebration on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Bearwallow Church Fellowship Hall beginning at 2pmCT. Eulah and Beulah are the twin daughters of the late Avert Curry and Fannie Corbin Curry. They were born at home on a cold snowy day – February 13th, 1940 in the Vester community of Adair County. Family stories say the doctor came by horseback to the Curry home for the safe delivery of the twins. They have five older brothers (in order): Raymond Curry of Columbia, the late Gilbert Curry of Columbia, Marshall Curry of Louisville, Kenneth Curry of LaGrange, and Lewis Curry of Columbia. Eulah and her husband (the late Charles Helm) have four children: Chuck, Marian, Teresa and Pat. Beulah and her husband, Stanley Carter, have three children: Darrell, Tammy and Katie. Their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren invite you to come help celebrate this wonderful milestone for these special twin sisters. This story was posted on 2020-02-05 07:34:03
